Group questions
Can we book for more than forty-five people?
Yes. Each time slot holds up to forty-five, and multiple time slots can be reserved together, so a group of ninety takes two back-to-back journeys.
Is a private slot the same experience?
Yes. All five rooms, the entertainment, the elf, the stocking stuffers, and Santa. The only difference is that everyone in the journey is with you.
Can adults and children mix in a private group?
Yes. The experience is built for all ages. Children under 18 months do not need a ticket, and adults can add a stocking for $20 so they collect along the way too.
Can we add dinner or rooms at the resort?
Park Hyatt Aviara has restaurants on the property and offers room packages for event guests. About the resort. Dining and rooms are booked with the hotel, not through us.
